Description
Wusthof Classic 8-inch bread knife easily slices through baguettes and breads. Its serrated edge cuts solidly through tough bread crusts. The knife is designed with Precision Edge Technology, meaning it's measured and cut with a laser and sharpened with whetstone for a sophisticated edge that keeps the bread's delicate insides intact. High-carbon stainless steel tang ensures the knife can cut roughly without failing. An ergonomic handle provides a solid, comfortable grip to prevent slippage when cutting. Made of polyoxymethylene, the handle resists becoming discolored over time; this handle and tang are attached securely with three rivets.
