The plate is a Neil the Frog ceramic spoon rest or double trinket dish. It was part of a popular vintage collection made for Sears, Roebuck and Co. in the 1970s, specifically around 1978. (See pics for condition. Some minor chips.
Two Neil the Frog mugs. One is in great condition with no cracks or chips. The other mug has significant cracking but not loose. The cracked mug would be great for decor or possible a small plant.
