This is a stoneware stein featuring what appears to be a stagecoach driven by a gentleman. There are cows and landscape in the background. The image is mostly in relief (i.e., if you run your hand over it, you can feel the stagecoach and other parts of the art because it is raised off the surface of the stein). It comes with a pewter lid, which is marked "Zinn 92.5%" on the inside (see pictures). I believe this stein was made by Kauffman, but it is not marked (the others I have found for sale also do not have any markings). The stein measures approximately 5.75 inches tall (a little taller with the lid). It is marked as 0.5l in capacity.
The pewter lid has a small, dented area on one of its edges (see pictures). Otherwise, the lid and stein are in nice shape with minor wear.
