Small tear at bottom left corner of the cover and some shelf wear on all the edges; overall fair - good used vintage condition. There are some photo cornerns attached on the pages. I do not know if they can be removed or pages will need to be replaced.
Measurements:
Top to bottom = 10.25 inches, side to side = 13.25 inches. Number of pages / inserts allowed is based on the length of string to tie a bow. Currently has 20 but more could be added.
It has an old book smell but not like mildew or any other problems. Not sure of age or provenance.
