Material: Cast aluminum holder (doesn't tarnish!) with a porcelain bowl insert.
Design: The porcelain features a Chinoiserie-style multicolored floral branch ("Indian Tree" style) with silver scrollwork detailing around the rim. The aluminum has a hammered/sculpted floral motif.
Era: late 1940s to 1950s.
Condition: Good vintage condition. The aluminum has a lovely matte pewter-like patina.
Uses: Perfect for serving candies, nuts, or holding jewelry on a dresser.
