Visits Dress, Floral Pattern, Gray, Phoenix Embroidery

I received this about 15 years ago from my mother-in-law.
It's a stunning visiting kimono with a gray gradation and floral pattern (with rhinestones in places) and a golden bird (looks like a phoenix). It's so beautiful, I'm captivated by it.
I haven't worn it because I fell ill after receiving it and can no longer dress myself in it, so I don't know if my mother-in-law wore it.

It looks like a signature, but I don't know who it belongs to.

There are stains due to aging.
The last airing was 6 years ago.

⚠️ I believe it's silk, but I'm not certain, so I'll leave it as unknown.
