I love collecting these when I am able to find them!!
This is a Gotochi Hello Kitty charm, only sold in Japan!
They are very special, they are designed to be region specific to Japan and designed to represent local landmarks and culture!!
In Japan they were sold only in specific prefectures for limited times.
This specific charm is hard to research as I cannot find many similar ones, I do know that it is a kimono festival but the prefecture is unknown for now.
It is rare and from 2006!! If you know more about this specific charm please let me know as I love history about them! This purchase comes with the never opened strap charm as well as the original tag shown in the photos!
