Beautiful vintage white party dress and may even have been a communion dress. Ruffled high neck and round large ruffles all around the chest, sheer lace sleeves.
Solid white bodice and then fuller lace skirt with scalloped hem and cuffs.
Back zipper closing. Fully lined and comes with a slip from JCPenney age 7 also with union label made in USA, has adjustable straps and tiered ruffle at the hem and satin ribbon belt.
