Vintage Duratone plastic-coated playing cards double-deck set featuring classic mallard duck artwork by Sidney C. Lucas, a respected American wildlife illustrator best known for waterfowl and sporting art.
Both decks contain a full 52 cards each. The illustrated card backs depict marsh and duck hunting scenes and are copyrighted 1947 by Sidney C. Lucas, USA.
Cards are housed in the original faux alligator (croc-embossed) leatherette presentation case with gold-tone trim, satin interior, and elastic card retainers. Interior lid is stamped Duratone Plastic Coated Playing Cards.
