No material or maker tags but feels like 100% cotton. There are a couple imperfections, as pictured. 2 spots, I included pictures from the top and underside of the blanket. They have not been stain treated, so may come out with some TLC. The fabric where the larger stain is has thinned out and there is now a small hole. Could easily be patched. These spots end up about halfway up the mattress on the left-hand side of the bed (on a queen size).
