Vintage 50's striking petticoat. Top part is off white nylon, with horizontal panels of stronger, early nylon pleated ruffles with satin trim and lace bands inbetween. Hem ruffled ,also with satin trim. Tulle underskirt and elastic adjustable waistband.
Elastic is still stretchy but stretched out.
Would be great used as a Slip Extender for those too short dresses.
