Vintage 1970's Watergate Scandal Plaque with Piece of Original Office Carpeting and Spider Center and Letter of Authenticity.
On the front it reads:
APIECE OF HISTORY
This is actual carpet from the Watergate Offices of Democratic National Headquarters, Washington, D.C., at the time Of the historic break-in, 2:30 a.m., Saturday, June 17, 1972.
On the reverse side there is an Affidavit of Authenticity dated August 19, 1975.
Pre-owned in good clean used condition. The piece of carpet has detached from the plaque. The plaque itself shows age wear moreso on the reverse side with worn away wording.
