This impressive 1980's Valentino frog brooch is truly glamourous. The brooch features a large huge oval faux black onyx stone centered on it's back surrounded by square faceted rhinestones. The rest of the body is composed of pave rhinestones with 2 green cabochon eyes. The setting is gold tone or gold plated and has a safety "C" clasp closure. The back is marked with the Valentino logo - upper case "V" in an elongated rounded cartouche.
Excellent condition - from my mothers collection.
