"The Cat and the Clown" is by Elliot S. Maggin, Irv Novick & Tex Blaisdell sees The Joker impersonate Actor Benny Springer, who owns a priceless cat named Hiawatha, but Catwoman beats him to it as she kidnaps both Springer and Hiawatha! This begins a three-way conflict between Springer, the Joker and Catwoman. The Joker searches for them and in the meantime, Springer manages to break free from Catwoman's trap and escapes!
