Sterling wedding, engagement rings, small diamonds, Renaissance Jewelry, size 7

I am selling a set of sterling silver (marked and tested as such) and diamond wedding, engagement ring/band. The ring has a center piece with clusters of small diamonds and a cross, also with small diamonds, on either side (these were sold to me as diamonds and also tested as such with my gem tester; I do not know if natural or lab grown—I am pretty sure these crosses gold plate on them but it’s hard for me to tell as I’m colorblind). There is a smaller cross in the front and back of the center part of the ring. The band has a few diamonds on either side of the front of it that nestles into the band. They weigh 4.46 grams and are a size 7. They are signed with the symbol for Renaissance Jewelry Company. There is some very minor wear to the metal.
