That said, you are receiving it as-is knowing that it does need a good cleaning. There is dirt/debris/hair on it, it was obviously in someone's home for a long time without being cleaned.
All that said - I would say that it is in fair condition overall for age. Please note that it only has one of the straps to hang it on the back left.
No smoke smell, but it does smell like an old sheepskin rug. If you've been around old sheepskin rugs, you know exactly the smell.
About 33" wide and 48" long, accounting for the fur that overhangs.
