Rare Vintage 90’s Levi’s Denim Jean Jacket - From Sample Sale At SF Levi Co

This vintage Levi Jacket was from my mother in law. Given to me in the early 2000’s

She worked for Levi in San Francisco and would get what she called samples. Prototype items.

I believe this is a sample because I can’t find anything on this.

The tag shows code 70105-0617 but nothing of that code shows jackets like this.

The pockets are odd as seen in pictures. Diff on each side

The front has large buttons which say LeVI’S on them. (Yes small e) And they are covered when buttoned.

There is a stitch on back that

Looks like maybe a Levi patch would have gone here but never was put on.

Back has a button closing a slit in it prob for sitting

Front buttons don’t come all the way down so you can sit with it buttoned.

Back neck to bottom 35”

Sleeve armpit to wrist 20.5”

Across back -armpit to armpit 28”


It’s very retro in style.
