This listing is for a super rare vintage Barbie 50th Anniversary Ice Capades souvenir felt pennant cutout from 1989. I don't know what these are actually called but it is made of the same material as a felt pennant souvenir. These were sold at the ice capades to hold up in the stands. It is supposed to have a rod in it to hold it. I do not have the rod, but I don't see why you couldn't just put a new one in if you really wanted too. It is in very good condition, especially considering how old it is. I did list it as fair since it is missing the rod. Would look great framed! Also, it will be shipped flat.
