This item does boot to the ps3 menu and starts games. The issue is after about 5-10 minutes depending on the game you’re playing it shutdown and blinks red. It is able to immediately be started back up again and will get you to the menu again with no problem. It doesn’t seem to be an overheating issue because it has webman installed and temperatures stay around 60 celsius consistently. Card & hard drive plates are missing along with a few screws. Look carefully at pictures to see quality. Ships the next day and will be packaged well. Delivery can take 1-8 business days depending on distance and carrier.
