Lovely candy dish or footed compote with lid
Vintage 1960's
Foil sticker inside the lid reads: Onyx of Pakistan-Made in Italy
Genuine onyx marble sourced from Pakistan
Finished and assembled in Italy, with brass pedestal, finial and trim
Features natural color variations (greens and beiges)
Measures approx 6.5 inches high.
Some of the gold plating on the brass is wearing off around the rim (see photo)
The is a nick in the marble on one side (see photo)
Beautiful piece with no other damage.
