I bought this from Deadstock at a liquidation store with hopes it would fit me, well it didn't. This jacket is so pretty, 51% linen, 49% viscose with a 100% cotton lining. The surprise? It can be machine washed. just turn inside out and hang to dry. I love that. Just the look of it is quality. Sleeves are not lined to allow the wearer to push them up for a more casual look, something I liked. Not intended to be the boxy modern style trendy now. This is more tapered at the waist due to darts. Classic pockets and back kickpleat, both basted shut. Princess seaming on the back The bust measures 19.5" across between underarms, waist measures 18" across and the hips measures 21" across , also between the underarms. the overall length is 26" from neck seam to hem.
