and the risk shall be transferred to the buyer thereafter.

After the goods have been handed over to the carrier,
if the goods are lost or damaged due to a cause that cannot be attributed to either party (such as a shipping accident), the creditor (buyer) cannot request performance or rescind the contract,
and the buyer cannot refuse to pay the price.

8. The buyer can only rescind this sales contract if the buyer proves that the seller is responsible for the non-performance and that there was intent or gross negligence.
In other cases, the buyer cannot rescind the contract by law.

9. The seller shall be deemed to have no non-performance regarding the shipment of the goods, the correctness of the shipping address, and all other transaction histories. If the buyer denies the above, the buyer bears the burden of proof.
