the word "GERMANY" and a serial number.
There are fine scratches on the body,
and some discoloration on the ring in the middle of the body
(the area circled in red in the photo, the "S" in MEISTER).
Otherwise, there are no noticeable scratches.
It is a twist mechanism (rotary type).
The ink (black) comes out, but the remaining amount is
uncertain.
Please note that there is no box.
