Quirky set of minimalist sculptural monkeys or sloths, honestly the longer I look the more I see both.
Smiling faces long lanky limbs, lots of open space between body parts very much mid century funk.
Made from ceramic with a very iridescent bronzey brown glaze.
Definitely little conversation starters, quite honestly their casual pose makes me think they are ready for it, they will just sit back and listen.
Condition: they are in great shape for their age and and tangible flaw such as bumps or rough spots are from the manufacturin and glazing process.
These are a delight and would make a great addition to an office bookshelf, coffee table or even shelf sitters in a nursery.
