It includes the cartridge only. There is a battery included but I don't believe it works any longer. I would recommend replacing it before starting a new game.
The cartridge and label show some wear from use.
It has been tested on a genuine NES system and is in working condition.
It required some adjustments in the system to make it to work. It did take some time to get it to work.
