Set 31097. 969 pieces
Features a 2 level building with cafe, upper level kitchen and rooftop terrace. On the other side is a pet shop, apartment, and rooftop terrace.
As it’s a 3 in 1, you can use the instructions to make a multi-story bank or Market Street with tram. The instruction booklet is still new in the original packaging. From my private collection, it was built each of the three ways and then stored away. Parts were checked against the parts list as you see in the photos. Comes with original box (some shelf wear.
I had planned to make it part of my city, but health issues stole that creativity. Time to get it to a new home.
Selling off large collection bit by bit. Willing to combine listings, but do not bundle. As LEGO boxes are so large, it may require a larger box to ship more than one.
