Authentic figure purchased from Surugaya. Box arrived with damage and the plastic cover is popping out but it will still protect the figure in transit and extra bubble wrap has been added. Her right pink strand popped off where it connects to the blue strand but it still inserts into her head and the damage is not visible when on display. Be very careful with her twintails and make sure you're putting them in the right way, they are very fragile! Otherwise she is in very good condition!
