This is likely from the JIL SANDER (ジルサンダー) collection around 2016 or 2017 (I'm not certain as I purchased it used).
It's a navy blue, collarless down coat, size 34.
The coat is an oversized down coat, filled with thin cotton for warmth.

I purchased this item used and have worn it about twice. I believe there are no noticeable stains.
