This is a half-zip knit sweater from Henry Cotton's, circa the 2000s.
Founded in 1978, it's a high-end Italian brand influenced by British fashion style.
Although it's a wool knit, it feels soft and smooth with almost no itchiness.
It's a high-quality, luxurious knit, typical of Italy, which, along with Britain, excels in knitwear.

What's wonderful is the design of the elbow area, which is knitted to resemble elbow patches. It's subtle but shows attention to detail.
Next, the front has raglan sleeves, while the back center is seamless, appearing to be sewn together.
You rarely come across designs with this much attention to detail.
This is an imported item, not a Japanese企画, and the quality and design are so different that you can feel the difference in rank.

The zipper uses LAMPO, which is used by luxury brands.
The buttons appear to be rivet type and are engraved with the brand name.
The color is also wonderful.
