Vintage 90’s hollow turned vase made from natural spalted aspen burl wood. Each piece is unique and celebrates imperfections - leaning into the interesting “wormy” or “trembling” nature of the wood, this one showcases a dark rustic front panel. Large substantial vessel with a flared mouth and dark stained lip. Includes a glass insert so it could be used for flowers. Founded by Don Noble in the 80’s Original Aspen Studio (aka Aspen Cove studio) uses standing dead trees, for a more sustainable approach. Signed by Don Noble, original foil sticker, original paper tag. Felt feet on bottom protect surfaces. Approx. 13” H, 6.25” diameter at widest point.
