Specs:
CPU: I5-8350U 1.7GHz
RAM: 8GB
Storage: 477GB (I think it's probably 500GB)
Reason for the issue: The battery is only at about 6%.
I recommend replacing the battery if you plan to use it on the go.
I recently experienced a switch, so please refrain from returns.
