"Cir-Kit" brand 1009A 10-watt transformer, compatible with "Cir-Kit" brand dollhouse electrical components. The 1009A transformer is Cir-Kit's third-largest transformer. It powers up to 16 12-volt bulbs (not fixtures, bulbs). Transformer plugs into a standard wall outlet (USA). Screw-lug terminals on the back accept spade ends of all "Cir-Kit" brand 1008 series lead-in wires. Transformer is circuit-breaker protected.

(Note: If you plug in your dollhouse and it lights for a second, then you hear a "click" and all the lights go out at once, that is your "Cir-Kit" transformer doing its job. The problem is a short in your wiring, not your transformer.)"
