Swansdown, from the Kate Greenaway Collection. Royal Doulton Nisbet issued the Firstborn Swansdown doll in 1982.
She is a porcelain doll with blond hair and painted porcelain head, wearing a Swansdown-trimmed silk, knit and lace dress. Measures about 12 inches tall
