The new gourmet Bron Mandoline is made in France from solid stainless steel. Featuring four interchangable julienne blades plus a crinkle / waffle cutting blade and a flat blade for straight cuts. The julienne cutting blades are 5/64-inch, 5/32-inch, 9/32-inch and 3/8-inch widths. The flat blade is adjustable using a lever. This allows the user to make any cut from paper thin to 3/8-inch. This mandoline will easily produce perfect julienne, matchstick, french fry and crinkle cuts on any vegetable. Comes complete with a removable stand and plastic hand/finger guard.
