Lucien Boulier (1882-1963) French Impressionist Style Artist. Original oil painting on board, signed lower left 'Boulier.’ The subject is a women with blonde hair in profile. Some minor wear on the surface around the edges, see last few photos. Frame has some wear as well, may not be original. Came to my household with current frame, ready to hang.
Without frame artwork measures 7.5”x9.5”, with frame 14”x16”.
