Card is vintage used condition.
Graphics card is untested but appears to be in good used condition.
Comes with box which still has partial shrink film on it. Box is open and has a few dings and scuffs (mostly on top portion where shrink is opened). Also has the quick install guide booklet.
Card is a variation of the 3Dfx Voodoo 3 3000 PCI pictured on the box (I assume it was a later revision. I believe it is the "SGRAM" variation).
