This stunning top is in excellent condition with only perhaps a couple tiny flaws that I have shown. My husband did also inspect this while I was wearing it and he noted no issues.
While I definitely consider this delicate I am super pleased it is not showing and signs of dry rot.
I hesitate to speculate on fabric content as I am so much less familiar with pieces of this age.
