This ring sparkles like crazy! Its details are as follows:

A center one carat round cut sim diamond solitaire gemstone;
Smaller round cut stones are channel set in bar links on each side of the center stone;
Small round cut stones are pave set at the top and bottom of the band.
Baguette cut stones are channel set down the middle of the setting.
All in all, there are three carats of gem weight in the ring.
It is done in a sterling silver plate and then layered in platinum.
Size 9.
