The Grandee features a matte body with a 22K gold-plated design ring, evoking a sense of Japanese modernism. It offers a lighter writing feel compared to current fountain pens.

Based on the T774 stamp on the nib and the OU17 stamp on the body,
it is presumed to be a product from the Tokyo Shimura factory in 1974.

The writing feel is softer and more unique than the nib of the current Custom 74.
However, unlike the Elabo, it allows for firm writing.

Also, considering it's a fountain pen from over 50 years ago, the condition is good, and it appears to be in the category of a beautiful item.
No major scratches are visible.

It seems there are variations in the depth of the engraving on the gold ring of the cap, but this item has a deep engraving and looks great.

According to specialty stores, CON-20 and CON-40 converters are compatible, so please use this as a reference.
I have been using current cartridges.
