The creamers handle has been repaired. There is a spot where the glaze is missing.
This is a charming vintage ceramic tea or coffee set, decorated in a very distinctive mid-20th century fruit motif style. The material is Glazed ceramic / pottery. Molded with raised fruit decorations (bananas, apples, grapes, pears, etc.), very colorful with yellow, green, and red glazes. The bold fruit and flower motifs, along with the thick glaze and slightly whimsical forms, suggest it was made during the 1950s–1970s . Many similar sets were produced in Japan after WWII for export, often marked “Made in Japan”.
