Antique custom handmade solid 14 K yellow, gold natural loose round diamond starfish 3-D charm/pendant/collectible approximately .02-.03 carats 1.5 grams(some scales for weighing gold may vary between .1-.5 grams). Diamonds can be set by a reputable jeweler were used for something else. Has been sterilized and refinished to newer condition. Please view all photos for best description.
