Minister Launches International Year of Cooperatives 2025 Celebrations and New Initiatives to Strengthen India’s Cooperative Sector

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah launched the celebrations for the International Year of Cooperatives 2025 in Mumbai on Friday. During the event, he also unveiled the corporate office of the National Urban Cooperative Finance and Development Corporation (NUCFDC) and commenced the first training session for 10,000 new members of Multipurpose Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (MPACS).
