Mr. Akorede Ojomu, the Provost of Lagos State Cooperative College, said that the e-commerce initiative was another milestone actualization of the College’s mandates and purpose of establishment of providing technical and other supports for the thriving, growth, and sustenance of Cooperative Business activities in the State and the country at large.
Ojomu added that the website was a cooperative society-specific ecosystem that is accessible only to cooperative members whose societies have registered on the platform to transact commercial activities.
He enjoined Cooperative Societies in the state to avail themselves of this unique opportunity by enrolling on this bespoke platform that met with the industry standard compliance of consumer data protection.
