2023 #CoopsDay: A News Media Platform for Cooperatives & Cooperators Launched
adminA group of Cooperative Professionals and Experts with a background in Journalism and Digital Media within the Industry have come together to form a first of its kind News & Media Cooperative Society – Naija Cooperative News a.k.a. NaijaCoopNews.
The President & Editor-in-Chief of the Society – Muhammed S. Bello PJ, ficp said, “NaijaCoopNews is a Platform that Collects, Analyses, and Disseminates Cooperative News, Information, Trending Issues, Interviews, and Features from around the Globe.”
Expressing his excitement on the Virtual launch of the platform on the 1st of July, 2023, which falls on the 101st International Cooperative Day Celebrations, is historical and believes that the noble cause for which the society is founded will be achieved in due course.
He further reiterated that Naija Cooperative News will be the No. 1 go-to for the Cooperative Industry Current, Accurate, and Reliable Breaking News from the Source.
The vision within the next five years is to have a world-class Cooperative Radio-TV Station with the right operating licences to run them all.
